Strawberry Vanilla Mug Cake

A fabulous dessert or excellent breakfast. Or afternoon snack. Or anytime delight.

Makes 1 Generous Serving

Ingredients:

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch salt

1 large egg

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons diced strawberries

Directions:

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a small bowl, blending well.

Whisk in the wet ingredients except the strawberries until smooth and well combined.

Fold in the diced strawberries until just combined.

Pour the ingredients into your greased mug and cook on high for 1 minute 20 seconds.

Let the cake cool for 2 to 3 minutes before enjoying.
